I’m back from a fantastic field trip to Dapoli, a small town on the Konkin coast. And I’m rocking the beach/wind-blown-in-a-car-with-windows-down-for-2-days look.

In the next few days I plan on (not necessarily in this order):

a. brushing and washing my hair
b. reading more of The Hungry World: America’s Cold War Battle Against Poverty in Asia by Nick Cullather
c. posting about my field trip (pictures from the fish market & Fort Raigad…which is a bit redundant in English since the “gad” part of Raigad means fort…but whatever)
d. doing a LOT of Marathi homework
e. celebrating Diwali and subsequently telling y’all about it ;)
